Job Description: Provide Technical, therapeutic and education services in regards to treatment management and diagnostic evaluation of Respiratory Disorders in the hospital setting. Must be Nationally Certified or Registered as a Respiratory Therapist and hold a valid License in the State of Michigan. Must work independently with the ability to organize & prioritize.
Applicant must be able to skillfully operate & troubleshoot at variety of Respiratory Care and Cardiac Equipment including mechanical ventilators, PFT equipment, EKG machines as well as provide a wide range of day to day Respiratory Care Services including ABG's, Chest percussion therapy, Respiratory treatments and Customer service. Must have experience with Neonates, Pediatrics, Adults and Geriatrics. Applicant must demonstrate positive communication and attitude. Must be friendly, pleasant, enthusiastic and professional.
Job will initially be full time contingent position with expectation that position will transition into full time permanent.
