Duties will include: Administer age appropriate audio logic pediatric evaluations including tympanometry/immitance measurements, otoacoustic emissions, BOA, COR, VRA, play audiometry and traditional behavioral threshold seeking tests in accordance with established protocols with appropriate counseling on the evaluation results and recommendations for treatment, intervention, follow-up and referral, advanced audiologic evaluations including sedated Auditory Brainstem Response evaluations (ABR), audiologic monitoring of patients exposed to ototoxic drugs in hematology, oncology, and nephrology with appropriate follow up, willingness to engage in related clinical and research interests available through Nemours Children's Clinic and it affiliates, maintains high professional standard of conduct, acts as liaison between institutional affiliates for audiologic related function, complies with HIPAA Privacy Regulations, complies with OSHA/Safety Regulations, adheres to NCC-P Customer Service Standards of Performance, performs all other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess a State of Florida Audiology License, Master of Science or Master of Art in Audiology (M.S. or M.A.) from an accredited University program. Clinical Doctorate in Audiology (AuD) from an accredited University program preferred. CCC-A (Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology) administered by ASHA or the equivalent by the American Board of Audiology supported by the American Audiology Association (AAA), Minimum of three to five years experience in clinical audiology, pediatrics preferred. Requires current Florida Audiologist Licensure with a minimum of one year prior experience, as well as a Masters Degree, and some experience in Pediatric setting.
