Job Title: Audiologist Company: Location: Atlanta, GA Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: Performs and interprets behavioral and electrophysiological testing for the auditory and vestibular system. Provides counseling and rehabilitative services to hearing, balance and communication-impaired individuals and their families. Facilitates hearing conservation.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a Masters Degree in Audiology. Experience not required, but 2-4 years experience as a practicing Audiologist with hearing aid sales experience preferred. Georgia Audiology license required. 25 hours of continuing education required biannually for maintenance of licensure. Certification by the American Speech language Hearing Association required. Maintenance of membership and active involvement in local, regional, and national organizations pertaining to Audiology expected.
