Job Title: Hearing Instrument Specialist/Dispensing Audiologist Company: Location: Chicago, IL Description: Miracle-Ear, the largest Hearing Aid Distribution Company in the United States, is in search of Consultative Sales Professionals in the Aurora, Peoria, Mattoon and Chicago land areas. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist/Dispensing Audiologist with Miracle-Ear, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing all hearing testing and evaluations for our patients, making appropriate recommendations for Medical Referrals and/or Aural Rehabilitation, the dispensing and sale of all necessary technology (hearing aids, assistive listening devices, etc.) and the provision of hearing health care and counselling for our patients and their families. This position requires Illinois Department of Public Health Licensure or the ability to secure this licensure following successful completion of the Miracle-Ear Hearing Instrument Specialist Training Program. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong consultative sales skills, excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong computer skills, and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of hearing handicapped persons. Minimum requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College, United States Citizenship or the ability to work legally within the United States, and adherence to IDPH Regulations.
