Job Title: Audiologist Company: Panasonic Location: Secaucus, NJ Description: Panasonic North America is seeking a full time Audiologist for the Panasonic Healthcare Group located in Secaucus, NJ.  The Audiologist will cover a National territory.   The Audiologist will be responsible for providing expert Audiology and hearing aid support to the overall business.  Work closely with and support the sales team and customers including consumers.   1.  Audiologist Technical Support   Handle challenging calls from customers/dispensers and consumers for Audiology support.Resolve technical issues and answer technical questions from customers/dispensers.Provide assistance to consumers when experiencing difficulty using products.   2.   Sales Support  Provide expert technical support to the sales team.Visit with customers and sales team to improve sales and resolve issues as requiredRespond to inquiries and requests from the sales team in a timely manner.   3.  Reporting    Create and maintain a list of issues and questions received from customers/dispensers and consumers.Prepare reports of common support items to be presented to management and used to track quality issues and improve future products  4.  Business Support   Model appropriate behavior for all Enterprise staff and business partners.Provide a high level of technical support to the Engineering and Project Management teams to enable a high % of successfully executed proposals.Recommend processes and procedures with the goal of making the group profitable and efficient. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Master's degree or AuD in Audiology is required. Audiology license and dispensing permit require. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology desired. Minimum 3-5 years experience working in a hearing aid manufacturing environment preferred. Minimum 3 years Clinical Audiology experience required. Hearing aid dispensing background preferred. High degree of computer literacy with MS Office experience.  Very strong oral and written communication skills required across groups that include customer, consumers and colleagues. Ability to understand and communicate technical information to a variety of disciplines.   Basic audiometric equipment experience.Must be capable of solving complex problems with minimal assistance.  The ability to solve technical issues that customers and consumers are experiencing with products.
