Graduate of an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Degree Program or be a graduate of the US Army Medical Department Center and Schools Occupational Therapy Specialist Program ? Must have a minimum of two (2) years current experience and experience treating orthopedic/work rehabilitation and traumatic brain injury conditions in an in/out patient setting. Current experience is defined as having worked in direct occupational Therapy patient care within the past five (5) years. ? Valid/Current certification by National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy and State License if applicable ? Minimum of 1 year experience working with a combination of musculoskeletal, psychosocial, cognitive, visual and work related impairments ? Substantiated attendance of at least 8 hours of continuing education occupational therapy specialties during the previous 12 months. ?
