Description: Reflectx Services is looking for an individual who is licensed under the laws of the state as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA (Click here to search state licensure boards). Implement occupational therapy services for patients under the supervision of an occupational therapist, with services including treatment, standardized assessment data and documentation.
