CQI: Participates in program, discipline, specialty, and hospital-wide CQI projects. 3. Assessment and Treatment: Contributes to discipline and program committees to enhance patient care; assists in assessing current procedures and in developing methods of improvement related to patient care. 4. Program Development: Participates in activities to increase program use, awareness, and marketability; participates in meeting goals of the department. Attends monthly program meetings. 5. Clinical Education: Assists in mentoring affiliating occupational therapy students, new occupational therapy staff, support personnel, and volunteers.
