Performs documentation per policy and procedures ( evaluation, progress notes, discharge summary, and multi-disciplinary education and treatment plan forms).9. Performs patient and family education regarding interventions, disease/injury, safety, and wellness.10. Participates in quality improvement initiatives.11. Participates in discharge planning with the multi-disciplinary team.12. Maintains a clean and orderly work area.13. Completes required documents for supply and treatment charges.14.
