Practice has been in business for over 17 years with office locations in Wilmington, Hockessin and Newark. Candidate will have the option to choose which location they would like to work from. Practice focuses on providing clients with a caring atmosphere, great facilities and an environment that is private and friendly. Private treatment rooms and a professional, clean atmosphere. The business model revolves around helping you provide your clients with the best care possible. Main facility includes an attached fitness center and private treatment rooms. Excellent salary offered for entry level and experienced therapists and nearly 4 weeks of paid time off is offered even for new hires! Health benefits are offered and shareholder opportunities exist. This opportunity allows you to choose which location you would like to practice at and the potential to eventually move into a clinical director role. Most cases are orthopedic outpatient, although all varieties are seen. On average, two patients are seen per hour. Delaware licensed therapists are preferred, although others who are willing to obtain their DE license will be considered.
