Job Title: Physical Therapist Per Diem Company: Hebrew Senior Life Location: Boston, MA Description: Organize and conduct physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. Direct patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Facilitate the learning of those skills and functions essential for promoting independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology. Evaluate patients, develop appropriate treatment goals and methods, implement the physical therapy treatment plan, and complete all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services.
