Productivity expectations are 18 units or more in acute and 10 visits/22 units or more per 8 hours in outpatient. We use powerforms in Cerner for daily documentation in addition to dictation for initial evaluations (primarily in outpatient). The Physical Therapist will select intervention and provide competent care as appropriate to the ages of the patient served by this position, which may include infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-age, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Position Qualifications and Requirements: Licensure Requirements: Licensed PT in ND or registration eligible with a temporary license in ND. Specialized Training Requirements: Graduate from an approved APTA school of Physical Therapy . Experience Required: Satisfactory completion of clinical affiliations.
