As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will:Provide a wide range of physical therapy services to patients in the home care setting. Focus primarily on patient quality care, monitoring of patient status and compliance, teaching of patients and caregivers, and discharge planning. Deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the particular state and must be in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Must be a graduate of an approved physical therapist program. Must possess physical therapist assistant license for the state(s) of practice. Previous experience in the home care setting is desired. A minimum of one year experience in physical therapy is required. Possess the ability to transfer, maneuver and lift incapacitated clients in the home setting. Reflectx Services is looking for an individual who is licensed under the laws of the state as a Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA. The PTA works under the general supervision of the Registered Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapist (RPT/LPT). He/she is assigned duties, which assist in the patient's care for physical therapy needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist.
* Responds to requests for service by relaying information and referral to Registered Physical Therapist.
* Implements and modifies the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment with RPT supervision.
* Monitors patient responses to treatments and modifies it during treatment sessions as necessary.Minimum Requirements:
* Graduate from an approved PTA school and holds a current Physical Therapist Assistant License for the state in which he/she practices.

We are currently seeking a full time Rehabilitation Tech to join our rehab center in Oregon, OH. This person would be responsible for working with the elderly patients preparing them for their therapy sessions, light office work, and at times assist our Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy teams with treatments.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting. An ideal candidate would have a passion for healthcare, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and previous experience working with adult patients.
