Registration must be obtained within one year, or as per state law. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of two years department/facility experience. Requirements are representative of minimum level of knowledge, skills and/or abilities. A review of this description has excluded the marginal functions of the position that are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 1. Supervision-to supervise the activities of their area of the department/facility including: A.Scheduling patients for treatment and evaluations B. Preparing reports and records by department/facility personnel. C. Maintaining inventory of materials and supplies for their area of the department/facility. D.
