Job Title: Certified Recreation Therapist Company: On With Life  Location: Glenwood, IA Description: Accepting applications for Certified Recreation Therapist for32 bed brain injury rehabilitation center in Glenwood, Iowa. The Recreation Therapist will evaluate and assess patients in the areas of leisure education and functioning, develop treatment plans and provide direct recreation therapy service on an individualized or group basis. Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Leisure studies with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation. Must have successfully completed an internship in Therapeutic Recreation under the supervision of a Certified Recreation Therapist. Must be certified or eligible to sit for the exam to become certified. Must be able to obtain or currently have a valid Chauffeur's/ Class D driver's license. Must be able to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Basic Computer skills. Positive, "can-do" attitude.
