Job Title: Recreation Therapist (Grenada) Company: Parkwood Behavioral Health System Location: Grenada, MS Description: The Recreation Therapist assesses patient’s leisure and recreational development needs, providing age and developmentally appropriate therapy groups and establishing behavioral treatment goals in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Parkwood Behavioral Health System   Requirements Bachelor Degree in Recreation Therapy, or other human services field required. One year prior psychiatric experience with geriatric patients preferred. CTRS certification preferred. Knowledge of individual, group and family therapy theory and practice, group leadership skills, age specific growth and development and crisis and behavior management.
