Job Title: RECREATIONAL THERAPIST - CSR Company: CHRISTUS Health Location: San Antonio, TX Description: Provides Recreational Therapy Services to patients referred, including assessment, treatment plan development and implementation with follow-up and discharge planning. In addition assists with recreational program development and Continuous Quality Improvement activities JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in the area of Recreational Therapy. B. EXPERIENCE: None required. C. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Licensed as a Therapeutic Recreational Specialist by the National Council of Therapeutic Recreation Certification. D. EQUIPMENT/SKILLS: All modalities/equipment routinely used by a therapeutic recreational specialist as outlined by the National Council of Therapeutic Recreation Certification. E. F. OTHER: May be required to provide therapeutic recreational services through out CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health Care or with other contracted agencies.
