Job Title: Administrative Director of Rehabilitation Services Company: St. Joseph's Hospital Location: Elmira, NY Description: Administrative Director/ Rehabilitation   Responsible for the administration, planning, organizing, control and overall general management of all services within the Hospital’s Rehabilitation Department.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Implements rehabilitation programs to meet short and long range operational objectives. 2. Develops and maintains rehabilitation policies and procedures in conjunction with program standards which comply with administrative and regulatory policies. 3. Maintains optimum QA standards of all patient care areas and services by quarterly assessment of all areas. 4. Coordinates education, marketing and public relations of all rehabilitation programs. 5. Maintains competent managers in all disciplines and assures operational objectives are met. 6. Maintains a competent staff to include recruiting, hiring and terminating employees. 7.
