REQUIREMENTS The qualified candidate will: * Possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA Accredited University and must be licensed in the State of Iowa or eligible. * 1-3 years of working in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required. Prior Management experience is preferred. * Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with physicians, patients and families in providing therapy and exchanging patient progress/condition information and to assign duties and orient/train/direct subordinate professional, technical and support personnel.
