Supports the delivery of the highest standard of rehabilitation services through appropriateutilization of resources, the promotion of clinical programs, and staff development incollaboration with licensed therapists, the Area Director, and the Clinical Specialist.14. Assists PM with customer service.15. Ensures that the clinical management of the rehabilitation department, including oversightrelated to case management, quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, andpatient identification is overseen by a licensed therapist.16. Assists PM in ensuring practice act compliance.17. Attends facility meetings and is responsible for information sharing at facility meetings at thePM’s direction.18. Assists with discipline under the PM and AD’s direction19.
