Job Title: Director of Rehab, Communications Coordinator, Administrative Associate Company: MedCenter One Health Systems Location: Bismarck, ND Description: DIRECTOR OF REHAB SERVICES The Director of Rehab Services directs, supervises, and coordinates functions and activities of the Medcenter One Rehabilitation Center including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Communication Disorders, Sports Medicine, and the 1st Floor Rehab Clinic. Promote quality of care and support, efficient and profitable operations by planning, directing and coordinating all administrative functions, oversee the development and maintenance of policy and procedures, and budget preparation and application. Coordinates the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) survey process. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE Full-time RN responsible for nursing managerial and clinical activities of the patient care units during an 8 or 12 hour rotating shifts. Every third weekend. COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR Seeking a detail-oriented, multi-tasking team player who has excellent writing and organizational skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Job responsibilities include writing and editing web content, ad copy, news releases and feature articles using AP style; planning special events and coordinating strategic communication projects. Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing or a related field required, along with at least two years experience in a communications field.
