The primary focus is the timely and appropriate delivery of care and the optimization of volume. Assists in the enhancement of RHS's status as a provider of quality services thorough sales activities. These activities include but are not limited to facility presentations, trade shows and other industry related events.6. Monitors customer satisfaction. Reports all complaints, findings, assessments and resolutions to the DM. Establishes good working relationships with assigned facilities and staff.7. Assures that weekly therapy reports, labor logs and census reports are completed and forwarded according to schedule.8. Coordinates and provides inservice education and training for facility and staff.9. Is responsible for assuring that supplies and equipment are available for the timely and appropriate delivery of care. A respiratory therapist must have a high level of knowledge of respiratory therapy and practice required through completion of a NBRC approved and accredited program and one year of clinical practice experience under medical direction. Must have a current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification and current State Licensure for Respiratory Care Practitioner.
