Firefly Mental Health, LLC in Albuquerque, NM 87109 is seeking a dedicated Child / Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team. Job Expectations:
Independently Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent) ONLY
Experience working with children, adolescents and families (ages 3-18) and/or experience working with adults
Expertise in a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities (Nurtured Heart Approach, CBT, play therapy, family therapy, EMDR etc.)
Passion for helping children and families work through emotional and behavioral challenges
Ability to collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals
Ability to work independently while seeking support when needed
Ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions pursuant to the DSM-5
Ability to complete timely well written documentation including treatment plans and notes
Willingness to work with diverse populations and cultures
Must have strong ethical standards and adherence to professional codes of conduct
Ability to easily build rapport and trust with clients and their familie

Hourly: Competitive pay starting at $60/clinical hour for child/adolescent therapists and $55/clinical hour for all others
