Lead Stretch Therapist

We’re actively seeking a Lead Stretch Therapist for our iFlex Stretch Studios location in Fort Worth, TX (76244). As we continue to grow and solidify our presence in the DFW area, we need a candidate who not only brings hands-on stretch therapy expertise, but also the leadership skills necessary to oversee and grow a high-performing team.

Position Overview:

The Lead Stretch Therapist will serve as a dual-role team member: performing one-on-one stretch therapy sessions and leading a team of 4–6 stretch professionals. This individual will also contribute to studio operations, training, and customer service initiatives.

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76244

Job Type: Full-time (in-person)

Expected Hours: 30–40 per week

Pay Range: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Day shift, night shift, on-call availability required

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of stretch therapists
• Support scheduling in coordination with the Studio Manager
• Deliver personalized stretch therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs and goals
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service and client retention
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training of new stretch staff
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving monthly studio goals
• Represent the studio during offsite events, health fairs, or promotional campaigns
• Maintain compliance with cleanliness, safety, and client care protocols
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
• Document client sessions and help manage care plans

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in personal training, massage therapy, chiropractic, physical therapy, or related wellness/fitness fields
• Deep knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, and flexibility techniques
• Proven leadership or team lead experience in a wellness, spa, or studio environment
• Comfortable using client scheduling software and logging session notes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead by example with empathy and professionalism
• Willingness to complete our in-house training (online + 4 days of in-person certification + 20 hours practice)

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in boutique fitness or wellness studio settings
• Customer-focused with high emotional intelligence and a passion for helping people improve their mobility and well-being
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Sales or client retention experience is a plus
