&nbsp&nbsp Rolla Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in providing high-quality speech and language services to our students. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure that students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide speech and language assessments to students with communication challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Work with parents and caregivers to educate them about speech and language development and therapy techniques.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing expert input on student goals and services.
• Support students with communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, language delays, voice disorders, and social communication challenges.
• Stay current on best practices and trends in the field of speech-language pathology.
