Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As an OT at TMC, you'll guide patients toward greater independence-helping them regain essential life skills through evidence-based, individualized care.Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs and functional mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for continued success
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Track and document patient progress for continued care planning

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active OT license in the state of practice
• A collaborative spirit and passion for patient-centered care
