Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Russellville, AR seeking a PRN Speech Therapist to join our esteemed team. Requirements:

• Active Arkansas Speech Therapy license or registered in the state of Arkansas.
• A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
• Home Health experience is a plus but not required.

Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

• Visit patients within our Hot Springs service area to provide care in their homes or assisted living facilities.
• Develop and execute personalized speech therapy care plans for each patient.
• Record patient progress, including admissions, discharges, OASIS assessments, and regular updates to the Director.
• Complete any other assigned tasks.
