Job Description Summary:

Licensed by the State of Ohio. BLS Certification in modalities to prevent injuries. Continuing in area of interest relevant to work assignment. New graduates with excellent references and/or one year rehabilitation Experience .

For this position, in the Home Care department only, Minimum Qualifications include: Valid state drivers license, Minimum of eighteen (18) years old, Have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), Must provide proof of insurance, if applicable.
