Physical Therapy Assistant ( Pta ) Hh

A Physical Therapy Assistant ( PTA ) Implements individualized physical therapy treatment plans to Home Care patients under the direction of a physical therapist. Assesses patient progress and notes response to treatment.

Education and/or experience: Current PTA licensure in the State of Tennessee required. 2 years experience preferred. Home care experience preferred.

Knowledge: Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, State of Tennessee and Joint Commission Standards preferred. Working knowledge of computers required.

Skills/Abilities: Requires strong assessment and communication skills, organization and time management. Must be self-directed.
