Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Lakeport Post Acute, you will:

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, strength, and function.

• Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and progress.
• Document care and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Current California Physical Therapist License in good standing.
