We are currently seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our compassionate and dedicated rehab team. In this role, you’ll help residents regain their independence and improve their quality of life through hands-on care and personalized therapy programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering individualized treatment plans
• Conduct therapy sessions to enhance residents’ daily living and motor skills
• Monitor and document resident progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support positive outcomes
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals and techniques

Requirements:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in New York State
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
