Are you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant who thrives on helping others reach their full potential? Symbria is looking for a compassionate and motivated COTA to join our 100% employee-owned team at Feather Stone in Iowa City, IA!

This is a PRN position providing weekday coverage.Whether you're looking to stay active in the field or gain experience in a supportive, team-based environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a PRN COTA, you'll collaborate closely with the Occupational Therapist to create and implement meaningful treatment plans. You'll play a key role in:

• Helping patients regain strength, independence, and confidence

• Maintaining productivity standards and accurate documentation

• Becoming a trusted partner to the residents and care teams you support

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program

• Valid state licensure

• Flexibility to work weekdays as needed

• Experience in acute, long-term, or rehab care is a plus-but not required!
