Overview
We are looking for a licensed and certified Audiologist to join our team in Bloomington, IN. This role is ideal for passionate professionals dedicated to diagnostic hearing care for patients of all ages. New graduates are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing tests for pediatric and adult patients.
- Conduct specialized audiological testing (ABR, OAE, acoustic reflexes)
- Conduct full VNG assessment. (VNG, VEMP, Rotary chair)
- Provides identification, assessment, and management of disorders of the auditory, balance, and other neural systems.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and insurance documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to determine treatment plans.
Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in Audiology; or, if foreign trained, graduation from an Audiologist education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA. Requires current Audiology license in the State of Indiana. Requires a certificate of clinical competence in Audiology or eligibility for certificate. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
