Description:
- Update and inform Occupational Therapist of pertinent information
- Update IEPs
- Bill Medicaid
- Create treatment activities to implement IEP goals
- Write weekly progress notes
- Organize and care for OT equipment
- Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Certified through Indiana Professional Agency to work with children and young adults from ages 3-22
- Must have a car to travel between schools and will be required to work as part of a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of a registered Occupational Therapist
- Must possess time management skills and professional COTA writing skills
- Must be able to work well in a team setting and be flexible
- Must work well with a variety of special education students
- Confidentiality is a must
