About the Position

We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Scandia, MN! This exciting opportunity allows you to work with students from Pre-K through 12th grade, helping them develop essential communication skills in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance student success.

Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student learning.

Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely progress reports.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Valid Minnesota state licensure as an SLP.

ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs.

Proficiency in technology for documentation and virtual therapy if needed.
