About the Position:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! The SLP will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. You will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to help improve communication and swallowing abilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapy services for a variety of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current state licensure (or eligible).
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred, but CFY candidates welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
