We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team near Blooming Prairie, MN . This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in students' lives by providing essential speech and language services in a supportive school setting. Help students improve their communication skills and achieve their academic goals! Responsibilities: Assess speech and language skills of students and develop appropriate therapy plans. Provide direct speech and language therapy to students based on individual needs. Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to track progress and ensure a coordinated approach to student development. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting therapy goals. Document student progress and adjust therapy as necessary. Advocate for students' communication needs and contribute to their overall academic and social growth. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply. Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
