Job Description:
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a difference in the lives of students? We're hiring an SLP for a school-based position near Rose Creek, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to support students' speech, language, and communication development in a collaborative and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and goals.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights into therapeutic strategies.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply!
Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for helping children succeed academically and socially.
