Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to help students reach their full potential? We are looking for an SLP to join our school-based team near Lyle, MN. This position offers the chance to provide valuable speech and language services that positively impact students' academic and social success.
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language challenges.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure student success.
Document student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on therapy and goal setting.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply.
Experience in school-based settings is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Passion for supporting students' development in both academic and social environments.
