Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team near Albert Lea, MN. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives by providing essential speech and language services in a supportive and collaborative educational environment.
Responsibilities:
Assess speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans.
Provide direct therapy to students with communication needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress.
Participate in IEP meetings and develop goals that align with students' needs.
Track student progress and modify therapy plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs welcome to apply.
Experience in school-based settings is a plus, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and social development.
