Position Highlights: Position: Manager, Rehabilitation Services Hourly Pay Range: $51.47 - 79.78. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL Full-Time Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm What you will do: As the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of our rehabilitation programs. You will lead a team of dedicated therapists and support staff to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. This position supports Inpatient Rehab Services (PT, OT & ST) at Edward hospital (inclusive of Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem roles). Your responsibilities will include program development, staff management, budget oversight, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to achieve the hospital's rehabilitation goals.
