Position Overview:

We are looking for a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic school team near Llano, TX. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students in developing essential motor skills and independence. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in students' lives in a collaborative and supportive school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in providing occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs.

Implement treatment plans and goals designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Support students in individual and group settings, focusing on motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

Document progress and maintain accurate therapy records.

Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure therapy goals are met within the classroom and school environment.

Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Valid Texas COTA license or eligibility.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience working with children is a plus, but not required.
