Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver telepractice services to students in various school settings. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for students from preschool through 12th grade. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to create individualized therapy plans that foster student growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student.
• Provide engaging virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to track progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Virginia state license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology.
