DAY TO DAY AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Missoula Bone & Joint, you will play a pivotal role in rehabilitating patients recovering from injuries and surgeries in an outpatient orthopedic setting. This dynamic role allows you to implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing cutting-edge techniques and therapies to restore mobility and function. You will work closely with a diverse range of patients, guiding them through their recovery journey and celebrating their progress every step of the way.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB

To thrive as a Physical Therapist at Missoula Bone & Joint, candidates must possess a BS or MS degree or a Certificate in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited education program, coupled with a minimum of one year of clinical experience. The candidate must also have an active license to practice in the State of Montana. Effective communication skills are essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with the healthcare team. Strong ethical and moral character references are crucial, as we pride ourselves on maintaining a culture of integrity and professionalism. Additionally, a willingness to support and encourage co-workers fosters a positive team environment, enhancing both patient care and job satisfaction.
