REQUIREMENTS

Speech/Language Pathologist, Skilled

Licenses: SLP-ND(Copy needed)

Certifications: BLS; ASHA-American Speech Language Hearing Association

Weekends: weekend rotation may be required

Float: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities to maintain guarantee hours (w/i 30miles)

Scrub Colors: any color scrubs or business casual

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history

References: 1 Reference in entire work history
