Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language needs.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff.
Provide direct and indirect speech and language services as outlined in IEPs.
Supervise and support two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes.
Engage with parents and teachers to promote students' communication skills.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active or pending state SLP license, with the ability to apply for one.
ASHA certification is required.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, though not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
