Schedule: Up to 40 Hours/Week, Monday-Friday

Contract Dates: September 2, 2025 - June 3, 2026

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team for the 2025-2026 academic year. This full-time role is open to both onsite and virtual candidates, offering flexibility while maintaining a deep commitment to student success. You'll work with a caseload of approximately 50 students with a range of speech and language needs across a mixed population.

What You'll Do

Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students across a mixed caseload

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support generalization of skills

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for services and progress monitoring

What We're Looking For

Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology

State-issued licensure (must meet licensure requirements for both location and service delivery)

Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and time-management skills

A collaborative spirit with a passion for student development
