What Youll Do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions across various care settings.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Provide patient and family education to support recovery and independence.

What Were Looking For

• Licensed PT in Montana or recent grad eligible to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.

• HS AED CPR certification.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Passion for quality care and collaboration.

Schedule:

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
