Requirements

Requirements:

  • As a Massage Therapist, you responsible for performing all spa services including massage and body treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, guests, homeowners, and members.
  • You are responsible for various spa tasks, including: the upkeep of locker rooms, hallways, reception area, retail area, and individual treatment rooms.
  • You are responsible for performing various massage modalities, body treatments, and all other services offered by the Spa.
  • Must always ensure a teamwork environment.
  • Must be able to think proactively.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of body care products and treatment protocols offered at the Spa.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures.
  • Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Spa Director.
  • Maintain confidentiality of privileged and pertinent resort data and information.

Experience & Education:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess a current Massage Therapy License.
  • Must have a minimum of two-year luxury Spa experience.
