We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem/on-call basis. We offer apetitive flat base hourly pay rate of $51.00 per hour.

The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education,munication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families. Requires limited supervision. The majority of the patient care will be performed in an inpatient hospital setting.

This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled

Texas: Lubbock

Available Shifts:

Per Diem/ On Call, Day

Note: Positions specified as on call/per diem refer to employment consisting of shifts scheduled on an as needed basis to fill in for staff vacancies.

Required qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program

Upon Hire: Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License

Upon Hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

1 or more years of rehabilitation experience

Neonatal Therapist: Degree from accredited program

Pay Range: $ 36.14 - $ 56.11

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additionalpensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
